PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily allocate a permanent magnet having sufficient capacity for generation of a sufficient torque, even when a secondary conductor for starting is skewed. SOLUTION: A secondary conductor 26, consisting of a skewed bar 26a and an end ring 26b, is manufactured with aluminum discast. A permanent magnet 25 and a secondary conductor 26 are molded integrally by compressing and molding a bonded magnet, formed by mixing a neodymium-based magnetic powder and nylon resin under the condition where the secondary conductor 26 is set to the molding die. This molded integrated product is engaged to a rotor iron core 23 from the direction of rotating axis, and these are fixed and magnetized.
