PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single lever type combination faucet to be simply changed to any of faucets equipped with a click mechanism or not in accordance with a site situation. SOLUTION: In this a single lever type combination faucet wherein a fixed plate 12 provided with a water supply hole 13, a hot water supply hole 14, and a discharge hole, and a movable plate 16 formed of a mixing chamber 17 opened on the plate 12 side, are slidably faced to be internally mounted in a cartridge case 8, the case 8 is housed in the valve chamber 2 of the main body 1 to be fixed by a cover 9, the plate 16 is slid on the plate 12 to adjust the discharged quantity and temperature of mixed water by operating a lever 26 linked to the plate 16 and a handle connected at another end; the lever 26 formes an engaging groove 2 on the side surface, to detachably mount a ring 32 on the upper part inner periphery of the cover 9, and the ring 32 houses an engaging member 38 disengaged freely with an engaging groove 29 at the time of moving in the flow rate adjusting direction of the lever 26, to form a click mechanism part A by the groove 29 and the ring 32.
