PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method that can obtain information relating to state information of an object mobile unit and use the information. SOLUTION: The communication system 100 uses state information. A user of the communication system receives state information of an object mobile unit to be supervised before communication with the object mobile unit. The interaction between the mobile unit used by the user and the supervised mobile unit is made by a phone speech or a text message, and either the phone speech or the text message can be started with a minimum interaction of the units by using imbedded contact information.
