PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily refer to various pieces of medical information corresponding to patients by installing item folders for individual reference items and patient folders for individual patients in a storage means hierarchically, giving patient ID for identifying the patients to the folder name of the patient folder, reading the medical information of the patient from the storage means on the basis of the folder name and displaying it. SOLUTION: Various medical information on patients are preserved, on the basis of a reference item, patient ID and date/time. A medical record number (patient ID) identifying the patient is received (S1). Then, the reference item is received (S2). An item folder corresponding to the received reference item is retrieved by using an item folder name, and a patient folder corresponding to the patient ID is retrieved according to a patient folder name (S3). A date/ time folder, where latest medical information is stored, is retrieved according to the date/time folder name, and the medical information stored in the retrieved date/time folder is displayed (S4). |
