PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such an environment that it is not necessary to announce the change of member information to a group member himself or herself or a group manager or the like every time when the member information is changed in a user information managing device. SOLUTION: This user information managing device is provided with a communication information generating module 13 for generating communication information related with the update of the registered information of a group management data base 8 and an automatic mail transmitting module 10 for automatically distributing the communication information generated by the communication information generating module 13 to a user registered in a group management data base 8. When member information constituting the group of the registration of a new user, the change of a user profile, or the deletion of the user registration or the like is changed, information related with the update of the registered information is automatically distributed and announced to the group member as an electronic mail. |
