PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a temperature detector from becoming bad contact for use in abnormal heating protection of a terminal plate. SOLUTION: The present controller is adapted such that electric power is supplied to an outdoor unit through a terminal plate 11 provided in an indoor unit of a separated air conditioner composed of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit for air conditioning. Herein, there are further provided a temperature fuse 12 for opening a circuit when temperature of the terminal plate 11 is detected and temperature of the terminal plate 11 reaches a set temperature, a power supply circuit 3 for supplying driving electric power to electronic parts through the foregoing circuit, and a microcomputer 13 for detecting voltage of the electric power after passage through the circuit of the temperature fuse 12 and protecting an air conditioner when the voltage drops to the set voltage or lower. |
