<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular battery pack having a compact and simple structure and capable of effectively preventing the temperature rise of secondary batteries while the vehicle is traveling or stopping. SOLUTION: This battery pack is provided with a container 3 receiving and holding plural rod-like battery modules 1 by arranging them without space, and thermally coupled to the respective battery modules by abutting on the circumferential surfaces of the respective battery modules, heat pipes 5 for radiating heat transmitted from the battery modules to the outside are installed in the container 3, and a heat-insulating material 7 is formed by covering the circumference of the container 3.</p> |
