PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily improve the real time property of a plurality of DMA data transfers whose temporal constraint is server by issuing a DMA request corresponding to a DMA channel of temporally constrained data for transfer simultaneously or with intervals reduced. SOLUTION: Priorities of DMA channels are high in order of ch1 to 11. A central controlling part allocates ch1 to 4 to luminance data Y and Y' and color-difference data C and C' for transfer in temporally constrained image data A and controls so as to simultaneously issue DMA requests to the four. The central controlling part also allocates ch6 to 9 to Y and Y', and C and C' for transfer in image data B and controls so as to simultaneously issue DMA requests to the four at a point of time which is earlier than that of non- image data D whose priority is low.
