PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device which can follow up the behavior of a liquid crystal panel and allows the sure grounding of a driving circuit substrate and a metallic casing. SOLUTION: The driving circuit substrate 12 of the liquid crystal display device having the metallic casing 11, a molded casing 17 to be mounted with a back light source and the driving circuit substrate 12 for driving the liquid crystal panel to be held at these two casings is held by a projecting shape part 11a formed at either of the two casings and an elastic pressing part 17a formed at the other casing and the driving circuit substrate 12 is grounded to the metallic casing 11 through the holding part and is held without fixing the driving circuit substrate 12.
