Hereby, even when load detected data is largely changed in the non-warm-up condition directly after connecting to the electric power supply, because the zero point of a measuring display value is not moved, measuring can be performed directly after connecting to the power supply. Meanwhile, the lapse time after connecting to power supply exceeds the set time, or even if it does not exceed, when the changing rate of temperature detected data becomes smaller than the set value, the judgement reference value is set smaller to be A/2. Hereby because the measuring display value is changed even against small change of the load detected data in the warm-up condition, measuring of a specimen nearby reading out limit can be performed.
