PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a voltage setting circuit the output voltage of which can be assigned at regular intervals without carefully setting the resistance values of resistors in the design phase. SOLUTION: A voltage setting circuit is provided with a first serial body which is composed of fuses 27-30 for trimming and resistors 22-26 and one end of which is applied with a first reference voltage; a second serial body which is composed of the fuses 27-30 for trimming and the resistors 22-26 and one end of which is connected to the other end of ht first serial body, and then, the other end of which is applied with a second reference voltage; and a third serial body which is composed of the fuses 27-30 and the resistors 22-26 and one end of which is connected to one end of the first serial body. The circuit is also provided with a fourth serial body which is composed of the fuses 27-30 and resistors 22-26 and one end of which is connected to the other end of the third serial body, and then, the other end of which is connected to the other end of the second serial body and a first resistor which is connected between the other ends of the first serial body and third serial body. The first, second, third, and fourth serial bodies and first resist form an H-shaped resistor arrangement.
