<p>A strip (30) of lower melting-point plastic is coextruded between two sections (21, 22) of sheet (20) forming the packaging. An Independent claim is included for the corresponding equipment making the package. A further claim covers the package itself. Preferred features: The sheet has complementary closure profiles and is a tubular or flat, plastic material. In a development, a thin band of coextruded strip between sheets, forms a band which is turned back, U-shaped, to be attached to package walls. The claimed package includes a weak strip 0.5-2 mm wide. Strip thickness is 20-120 mu m.</p> |
