<p>Membranes for flow-through immunoassay and methods of using same are provided for the simultaneous detection of multiple tick-borne diseases in a single assay. To detect infections and/or coinfections of multiple tick-borne agents, the membrane is provided with at least three different antigens, each capable of detecting antibodies to the agent of one thick-borne disease of interest, for instance, babesiosis, HGE, or borreliosis.</p> |
