<p>A method which comprises bringing a membrane denaturing material, which undergoes a membrane denaturation reaction induced by a stimulus, into contact with at least a part of a membrane (10) or close thereto; thereby stimulating the membrane denaturing material so as to denature the membrane (10); and piercing the membrane (10) by using a membrane breaking member (1); wherein the stimulus is imparted via the membrane breaking member (10). Thus, the effect of the membrane breaking agent on the substance, in which the stimulus is transmembranely injected, can be prevented as far as possible. It is also possible to favorably stimulate a specific site, though the apparatus has a simple constitution.</p> |
