The reinforcement device for building structure and structural parts protects against tensile stress, particularly for concrete subjected to bending stress and comprises at least one tractive component extending along a structural surface. Where the reinforcement is for a concrete ceiling (1), a lamella (2) is used comprising very strong carbon fibres with a binder as tractive component, together with coupling components (4,5), by means of which the lamella is connected to the force flow in the concrete ceiling. The lamella is formed as a uni-directional pretensioned fibre laminate of high tensile strength and tractive E-module. The coupling components are formed as C-profile bodies, the flanges (4a,5a) of which extend at least parallel to the longitudinal direction of the lamella, engaging in corresponding slot-shaped recesses (6) in the ceiling lower surface.
