The handle has a button (4) which can move horizontally in a casing (11) and transmit motion to the tie rod (6) by means of a traction lever turning about a cylindrical pin. A diverting lever (1) is connected to the traction rod by another cylindrical pin (3). The diverting lever is supported on the casing, and its movement is limited by a spacer (12).
