PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start an auto-pilot only when a fixed amount of URLs are stored and to efficiently acquire information by providing a URL amount checking means that checks the amount of stored URLs. SOLUTION: A user inputs the uniform resource location(URL) of desired information of the user through an inputting means 2 and stored the URL in a storing means 5. A controlling means 7 checks whether or not a preset auto- pilot start time comes. When the start time does not come yet, the means 7 continues to check until the start time comes. When the start time has come, a URL amount checking means 6 checks the amount of the URLs stored in the means 5. When the amount of the stored URLs surpasses a fixed number, communication with a server is started. A data acquiring means 3 acquires data from a server shown by the designated URL through a network. The acquired data are stored in the means 5.
