The cutting tool has a cutting block (2) fitted into a tool holder (1) and held in position by a clamp block (6), acting on the rear part of the cutting block. The latter is provided with a groove for reception of a pin having the same width as the groove, attached to a rotatable eccentric bolt fitted into the bearing surface (4) of the tool holder.
