The invention disclose a method for generating reverse pilot sequence of time division duplex. The method makes the Walsh sequence repeated, and then be multiplied by m or Gold sequence which was respectively sampled by every two, passively and negactively frequence spreaded, so that the reverse pilot sequence was obtained. Compared with the m or Gold sequence of time division duplex, the reverse pilot sequence has an advantage of lower intercorrelation, and can be combinated much more orthogonal pilot sequences, at the same time, the method has improved the random access quality and detection performance of a base station which receiving a user's devices.
