PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items, to reduce weight, and to provide sufficient strength by engaging a flange part of a bearing with an extension part of a large opening part of a housing, and calking the extension part of the large opening part to the axial side along the flange part. SOLUTION: A bearing 5 has a flange part 9 extending to the outer peripheral side in a bottom part 7, a large opening part 14 of a housing 10 is engaged with a horizontal part 11 copying after the flange part 9 of the bearing 5 and an extension part 12 extended in the axial direction from the horizontal part 11, and the extension part 12 of the large opening part 14 is calked to the axial side along the flange part 9. In the bearing 5, since the flange part 9 of the bearing 5 is regulated on a biaxial directional movement by the horizontal part of the housing 10 and the calked extension part 12, there is no need to use a closing plate so that the number of part items is reduced and weight is reduced. Since the biaxial directional movement of the bearing 5 is regulated by the flange part 9 preformed in the bearing 5, strength can be enhanced.
