PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify mold structure, to reduce cost, and to provide a firm and stable mounting state of a clip on a rib by a method wherein a slide die is abolished from a mold to mold a member made of resin. SOLUTION: Clip mounting structure is used for a purpose that a clip 10 to mount a given member 30 made of resin on a member 40 to be mounted is previously mounted on a rib 32 formed integrally with the member 30 made of resin. The rib 32 has a melt part 38 extending from its terminal part 32a and the clip 10 has a through-hole 14 through which the melt part 38 is inserted. By melt deforming the part, protruding from the tip of the clip 10, of the melt part 38 inserted through the through-hole 14, the clip 10 is held in a state to prevent pull-off of it from rib 32.
