PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve corrosion resistance of a rigidity center part by filling a watertight material in clearance between wires of aluminum wires of an overhead aluminum power transmission line by intertwisting plural aluminum wires. SOLUTION: For example, a steel stranded wire of the rigidity center is formed by intertwisting seven galvanized steel wires 1. An inner layer of aluminum stranded wires is formed by intertwisting twelve aluminum wires 2 in a concentric shape around this steel stranded wire, and an outer layer of the aluminum stranded wires is formed by intertwisting eighteen aluminum wires 2' in a concentric shape around the steel standed wire. A watertight material 3 composed of a polyethylene admixture is filled in clearance between the mutual steel wires 1 and between the steel standed wire and the inner layer of the aluminum stranded wires. A covering 4 by an acrylic resin is applied to a surface of the aluminum wires 2' positioned on the outer layer of the aluminum stranded wires of the rigidity center to obtain a high corrosion-proof effect.
