The invention is characterized by automatic determination of irrigation frequency and optimal irrigation dose and by a technical teleassistance system for the garden and agricultural areas that makes it possible to send alarms and messages from the control devices located throughout the field and to transmit technical information messages relating to crop-specific works from the server. Said remote comprehensive management system also makes it possible to transmit home automation programs to the control devices. Said management system can be used in public and private gardens and in agricultural and forest areas.
