<p>A cDNA encoding a novel LTC4 receptor is isolated. Provision of the LTC4 receptor which is a novel protein, enables binding experiments with the use of LTC4. By screening a compound modifying the activity of the LTC4 receptor on the basis of these binding experiments, it becomes possible to develop drugs targeting the LTC4 receptor.</p> |
