The piezoelectric bodies (W1-Wn) are held in atmospheric air and a high DC voltage of 1 KV/mm is applied to the body, maintaining its temperature as high as aging temperature. The polarization degree is monitored on application of voltage and voltage application is stopped on attainment of desired degree. The body is aged at aging temperature, for 2-3 minutes.
