The present invention discloses an advertizing method, illuminating light (L) through a printed film (F) at the back of projection plate (M). In the advertizing method, the printed film (F) is conveyed at a velocity range of 0.5-10 cm/sec and the illuminated light (L) is scattered in the process of passing through the projection plate (M). The invention further discloses an advertizing device including a housing (C) in the form of a box. A transparent projection plate (M) is mounted to the front portion of the housing (C) and has an opaque sign (a). A printed film (F) is positioned in the housing (C) and has printed transparent or translucent shapes and/or colors on its surface. A conveying roller (R) is used to move the printed film (F) at the back of the projection plate (M). An illuminating means (L) is provided to illuminate light through the film (F). A plurality of scattering protrusions (3) are formed on the rear surface of the projection plate (M) and are spaced apart from the printed film (F) by 4-50 mm. |
