<p>A radio link management system for a home or office substantially (i) an ad hoc network of agents (A1-A10) wirelessly communicating among themselves, while (ii) clients (C1-C4) wirelessly communicate with proximate agents. Control of the network may be centralized as network controller integrated with an agent (A1-A10), or may be distributed upon the network of agents (A1-A10). Some agent or agents (A1-A10), which may include an agent that is also the network controller, typically serves as a gateway device (A10) which connects to a worldwide communications network (I1) external to the home or office, normally by fiber or by wire.</p> |
