<p>This invention relates to assay methods which measure the binding interactions between glucokinase (GLK), the regulatory protein GLKRP, and fructose-6-phosphate. The methods are useful for identifying compounds which modulate glucokinase. Such compounds may have utility in the treatment of non-insulin dependent diabetes.</p> |
