摘要 A microporous material comprising a 3-valent element and a silicon skeleton, which has an adsorbing part capable of adsorbing H2O or NH3 and holding it and exhibits strong solid acidity, wherein the adsorbing part can stably hold H2O at a temperature of 500 DEG C or lower and the adsorbed H2O can be desorped at a temperature higher than 500 DEG C; and a method for producing the microporous material which comprises a mixing step of preparing a liquid inorganic material mixture comprising a crystalization adjusting agent, a silicon component and a 3-valent element component, a solid-liquid separation step of separating fine particles deposited in the liquid inorganic material mixture from the liquid mixture, a heating step of heating the solid component obtained in the separation step and a copper addition treatment step of adding a copper compound to the resultant product for treatment. A microporous material thus obtained exhibits catalytic activity for a long period of time even at a low temperature, has high thermal stability, and exhibits a high catalytic activity even under a condition of a relatively low reaction temperature, in a variety of chemical reactions in the field of petrochemical industry.
