Disclosed is a communications control device for communications processes which arrive at a terminal arrangement for a telephony over internet protocol. The communications control device contains a device which compares a received code of the calling user to input data of a communications partner data file of the called user when a call is coming in. Said device initiates a treatment of the incoming call, whereby said treatment is stored in the data file. The device initiates a treatment of the incoming call when the calling user is not recognised as being contained in the communications partner data file, whereby said treatment is provided for such a case.
