PURPOSE: A method for transmitting partial data of the voice recognization telephone provides many users with the service in a limited time by reducing the response time since the work necessary for recognizing voice is done while the voice is being inputted. CONSTITUTION: A system comprises a voice processing unit(21), a voice recognizing unit(22), a main processing unit(22), and a message transmitting unit. A method comprises a step of signaling the central processing unit(223) through the interrupt after writing the data at the memory(601); a step of writing the transmitting order at the command buffer inside the common memory(602); and a step of reading the data characteristics after according to the number of data written at the common memory(603). The method further comprises a step of sending the plurality of data to the central recognition unit(604) and making the interrupt and writing the result at the memory after searching(605).
