PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate and present the quality of a product expectable by work performed by the point of time at the optional point of time of product development. SOLUTION: An information setting part 1 receives the evaluation assumption values of respective evaluation items relating to the product quality of respective processes and the setting of the evaluated result of the evaluation item for which the evaluated result is obtained. A process result evaluation value calculation part 2 uses the evaluation assumption value instead of the evaluated result for a part for which the evaluated result is not set and calculates the process result evaluation values of the respective processes. A process quality calculation part 3, a specification item calculation part 4 and a product quality calculation part calculate the product quality by the respective process result evaluation values and a display processing part 5 displays the calculated process quality and product quality.
