PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject medicinal agent useful as a prophylactic or a therapeutic agent for autoimmune diseases, etc., by including a specific piperazine compound as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: This medicinal agent is obtained by including a compound represented by formula I Q is a group X-Y [X is a halogen, a (substituted) amino, hydroxy group or the like; Y is a single bond or a lower alkylene], a group represented by formula II (R5 is H or a lower alkyl; R6 is H, a lower alkyl or a hydroxy-lower alkyl; the broken line is absent or is a single bond) or the like; Z is a (substituted) 1-4C alkylene or the like; R1 and R2 are each H, a halogen, a lower alkyl, nitro or the like; R3 is a lower alkyl; a (substituted) aryl, a (substituted) aralkyl or the like}, e.g. N-(4-(4-(4-pyrimidin-2-yl)piperazin-1- yl)butyl)phenylmethylacetamide as an active ingredient. The amount of the active ingredient in the medicinal agent is preferably 0.1-100 wt.% and the daily dose thereof for an adult is preferably 0.01-50 mg administered in the case of oral administration. |
