PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mass-produce caps for a needle tip made of silicone rubber. SOLUTION: For this manufacturing method, an upper side die 6 provided with many cylindrical cavities 1, provided with a pot part 3 with a lid 2 for material pushing on its upper surface, provided with gates 4 opened to the bottom surface of the pot part on the top surface wall of the cavities and provided with a runner 5 for injection and for connecting the opening ports of the gates with each other on the bottom surface of the pot part is constituted and a lower side die 10 provided with a pin shape male mold 7 on the upper surface and provided with the runner 8 for cutting and the runner 9 for connection similarly on the upper surface is constituted. Further, an air blowing device provided with a blow-off port member whose opening edge is airtightly press- fitted to the part surrounding the whole of the runner 5 for the injection is constituted on the upper surface of the upper side mold. The upper side mold 6 is mounted on the lower side mold 10, a silicone rubber molding material is put to a fixed amount into the pot part 3 and heated, the lid for material pushing is closed and pressurization is performed. |
