PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short-distance therapeuctic seed delivery appliance including absorbable spacers which are stable in dimensions in spite of autoclave sterilization and its loading method. SOLUTION: This seed delivery appliance 11 includes a seed cartridge 15 having a central groove 15, the plural short-distance therapeuctic seeds 20 existing within the central groove and the plural absorbable dimensionally stable spacers 18 scattered here and there between the short-distance therapeuctic seeds. Further, this method includes stages of arranging the at least two short- distance therapeuctic seeds in the central groove of the seed cartridge, arranging the at least one absorbable dimensionally stable spacers among the at least two short-distance therapeuctic seeds in the central groove, connecting the short-distance therapeuctic seed cartridge to a short-distance therapeuctic needle having a cannula and inserting the seeds into the cannula from the short-distance therapeuctic seed cartridge. |
