PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide exterior wall panel mounting structure that can fix exterior wall panels presenting a sense of unity with an aluminum sash arranged at a window part, to the upper side of a window opening. SOLUTION: This exterior wall panel mounting structure is constituted of an exterior wall frame with a window opening fixed between an upper floor beam and a lower floor beam, and exterior wall panels 1, 11 disposed on the outdoor side of the exterior wall frame. The outdoor side surface of the exterior wall panels 1 disposed on the upper side of the window opening out of the exterior wall panels 1, 11 disposed on the outdoor side of the exterior wall frame, are subjected to smoothing treatment by chipping rugged patterns formed on the outdoor side surface, and painting treatment conformed to the color of an aluminum sash 2 fitted to the window opening.
