PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic elastomer composition which has excellent slidability, non-adhesivity and stain resistance and is useful for automotive parts and so on by compounding an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer and a specific acryl-modified polyorganosiloxane in specific ratios. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer and (B) 0.1 to 50 pts.wt. of a graft copolymer obtained by graft-copolymerizing a (meth)acrylate of formula II (R7 is H or methyl; R8 is an alkyl, an aryl or the like) or a mixture of >=70 wt.% of the (meth)acrylate with <=30 wt.% of a copolymerizable monomer to a polyorganosiloxane of formula I [R1 to R3 are each a 1 to 20C monovalent hydrocarbon or a monovalent halogenated hydrocarbon; Y is a monovalent radically reactive group or a SH group-containing monovalent organic group; Z1 and Z2 are each H, a lower alkyl, SiR4R5R6 [R4 and R5 are each a 1 to 20C monovalent hydrocarbon; R6 is a 1 to 20C monovalent hydrocarbon, a monovalent radically reactive group or the like; (m) is a positive integer of <=10,000; (n) is an integer of >=1) in a weight ratio of 5/95 to 95/5.
