PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform blanking, in which burrs of hole/outer peripheral contour are generated at the different side, in one process and to reduce a blanking cost. SOLUTION: A lower die 30 of a blanking unit is operated so that, after a work hole by a first die 32 corresponding to a first punch of an upper die, a second die 33 corresponding to a second punch of the upper die, a die support plate 40 to support the first die 32 and a coil spring 41 elastically supporting the first die/die support plate 40 and the first punch and the first die 32, a pair of front/back die support moving plates to mechanically support the first die 32/die support plate 40 are moved to a separating side by a first die retreat mechanism 34 through its cam mechanism 44, the first die 32 and the die support plate 40 are set to an elastic support state, while the first die 32 is descended relatively for the second die 33, blanking of the outer peripheral contour of the work is performed by the second punch and the second die 33.
