PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the exertion of an adverse influence on bather when the bather takes a bath in hot water of a high temperature for a long time. SOLUTION: This device has a hot water temperature measuring means 3 which measures the temperature of the bathtub water, a timer 23 which measures the bathing time of a person and an announcing means 15 which arouses a precaution to the bather or persons outside a bath room when the hot water temperature is high and the time having the possibility of exerting the adverse influence on the human body in the bathing time elapses. As a result, the bather is prevented from falling into the state of losing the mobility and the state of losing consciousness during bathing.
