<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect and discharge the dust scattered during the laser beam machining. SOLUTION: Work receiving jigs 15, 16 are provided on a work carrying turntable 9 in a laser beam machining chamber 1, and when a three-dimensional work fixed to the work receiving jigs 15, 16 is machined, a suction fan 22 is rotated to pressurize the inside of a circumferential wall 1a at the positive pressure, and a dust collecting machine 21 is started to collect and discharge the dust from a closed space formed by the work receiving jigs 15, 16 and the work via a dust collection duct 20.</p> |
