PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the adhesive force after preservation at high temperature for a long time by adding a thermosetting resin to a blend of a modified polyolefin resin and a polyolefin resin. SOLUTION: The laminate is formed by adding a thermosetting resin C to a blend of a modified polyolefin resin A modified by anα,β-ethylene unsaturated carboxylic acid and a pololefin resin B. For theα,β-ethylene unsaturated carboxylic acid, maleic acid and the like and one kind or two or more kinds of anhydride thereof are used. In addition, the blending ratio of the modified polyolefin A and the polyolefin resin B is 10-90 wt.% for A and 90-10 wt.% for B. The blending ratio of the thermosetting resin C is 1-10 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. blend of the modified polyolefin A and the polyolefin resin B. Thus the laminate can keep itself from the deterioration of its adhesive force after preservation at high temperature for a long time, when its contents are hot water, highly acidic foods, chemicals or oils. |
