发明名称 METHOD FOR PEELING METAL-SYNTHETIC RESIN COMPOSITE PLATE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rolls from being heated to high temperatures and prevent an operation from being interrupted by making a metal-synthetic resin composite plate pass through a nip between the rolls whose surface temperature is maintained not more than a melt point, at a specific velocity under a specific pressure. SOLUTION: The surface temperature of rolls is maintained within the range of the melt point of a thermoplastic synthetic resin to the melting point -30 deg.C. The surface temperature is kept as high as possible and the interface temperature between a metal thin sheet and the thermoplastic synthetic resin is increased by heat conducted from the rolls to make their interface peeling occur easily. Further, the metal-synthetic resin composite plate is made to pass through a nip between the rolls at a velocity of not more than 10 m/min. The preferable passage velocity is 2-5 m/min. The interface peeling is made to occur by making the metal-synthetic resin composite material slovely pass through the nip. The pressurizing force to be applied to the composite material through the nip between the rolls is 400 kg/cm or more. When the pressurizing force is low, the interface peeling is imperfect and when the pressurizing force is too high, the peeled metal is apt to break to small pieces. The pressurizing force is adjusted in such a way that the rolling reduction rate is 90% or less.
