PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently dispose a cooling device to make the device simple and lightweight by reducing its piping length. SOLUTION: This cooling device has a cooling water pump 60 positioned on one side of a skid plate 29 across a crankcase 26 and has a reservoir tank 28 disposed on the other side. The reservoir tank 28 is formed from a synthetic resin or the like and is rectangular and is contained within a space 62 which constitutes a clearance between the skid plate 29 and the frontal part of the ACG case 61 of the reservoir tank 28.
