PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain oily cosmetics producing smooth sense of use in coating time, free from perspiration, excellent in temporal stability and packing moldability. SOLUTION: The oily cosmetics producing smooth sense of use in coating time, excellent in temporal stability are obtained by including component (A) flaky silica having average particle size 10-50μm and thickness <=1.5μm and component (B) a triglyceride which is solid at room temperature.
