PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conveniently perform the cleaning of a high place within a room by connecting a grip part to a tip part through a rocking and fixing switching mechanism so as to impart a resistance in the rocking of the tip part to the grip part in the rockable state of the rocking-fixing switching mechanism. SOLUTION: In this duster tool, when a tip part 4 is in a rockable state, each small protruding part of the small irregular part of an inner ring is slid to each small protruding part of a C-shaped ring to generate a resistance in a switching operation part 22 and the C-shaped ring. Accordingly, since the tip part 4 is positioned when each small protruding part of the small irregular part of the inner ring part is fitted to each small recessed part of the small irregular part of the C-shaped ring, the rocking angle of the tip part 4 can be minutely regulated in multistage. Even in dusting a ceiling or a high place of a wall, the angle can be easily changed by pressing the tip part 4 to the ceiling or wall. Further, since the tip part 4 is deflected in addition to the imparting of the resistance of a certain degree, the tip part 4 is never rocked even if it is shaken or lightly touched to the ceiling or wall.
