DETERGENT COMPOSITION AND EXTERNAL DETERGENT FOR ITEM TO BE WASHED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent composition and an external detergent for an item to be washed which can easily and uniformly increase viscosity with a simple structure and increase detergency by restraining liquid drop. SOLUTION: The detergent composition contains a polyoxyethylene-based surfactant and an alkali agent and has viscosity of 2 to 1,000 cP. Further at least one selected from a solvent and a sterilizer is preferably added to the detergent composition. An external detergent for an item to be washed is obtained by making the detergent composition into aerosol with a compressed gas. Further a foaming agent having a boiling point of 10 to 40 deg.C is preferably added to the external detergent so that the aerosol is liquid immediately after being sprayed but foams when the aerosol reaches the item to be washed.
