PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition having good storage stability and excellent in curability at a low temperature and weatherability by compounding an acrylic resin containing a hydroxyl group and an alicyclic epoxy group, an alicyclic epoxy resin, a glycidyl group-containing organoalkoxysilane compound, an aluminum chelate compound and the like. SOLUTION: There are compounded an acrylic resin (A) containing a hydroxyl group and an alicyclic epoxy group in a side chain, an alicyclic epoxy resin (B) having an epoxy equivalent of 100-1,000, an organoalkoxysilane compound (C) containing a glycidyl group and a hydrolyzable alkoxysilane group in one molecule, an aluminum chelate compound (D) and a compound (E) to function as a soft segment after the formation of a coated film. The preferable compounding ratios by weight are A/B=60/40-99/1, (A+B)/C=50/50-95/5, (A+B+C)/D=100/0.5-100/10 and A/E=40/60-98/2.
