PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the setting space and surely perform the grasping and delivery of a section at high speed by providing a section delivering means, a collating mount, and a folding book carrying passage in opposition to folding book carrying direction, and combining stacked folding books in the folding book carrying passage of a line. SOLUTION: A swing shaft 68 is provided extending in a carrying direction, and a vice type unit 1A of left line collating delivering means and a vice type unit 1 of right line collating folding delivering means are set side by side in the carrying direction. A left line collating mount 2A and a right line collating mount 2B are provided opposite to each other in conformation to the vice type units 1A, 1B, and a left line folding book carrying passage 3A and a right line folding book carrying passage 3B are provided opposite to each other. An automatic collating device 10 comprises a combining part in the carrying tip of the part where the vice type units 1A, 1B are provided opposite to each other along the folding book carrying passages 3A, 3B. Accordingly, the kinds of parts can be reduced, and the structure of the machine can be simplified.
