PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily control the quantity of heat for a heat-sealing horn in a process where a filmy member is heat sealed with pressure by the heat-sealing horn to a spout of a pouring container by a method wherein a heat-sealing horn in a dimension approximately the same as the dimension in the planate shape of the filmy member is used. SOLUTION: A filmy member 3 with a non-heat-sealed portion provided at a part corresponding to a spout is placed, with a positioning made, over a liquid passage 2 opened to the top of a nozzle body 1 of a pouring container, and the filmy member 3 is heat sealed with pressure by a heat-sealing horn 4, and thereby the spout is formed. The filmy member 3 is separably stuck to the underside of a tape member 5 having a release paper and a sticking layer, and the non-heat-sealed portion is partially formed at a part which becomes a spout after heat-sealing. The heat-sealing horn 4 to by used is in a dimension in its shape at the underside approximately the same as or bigger than the dimension in the planar shape of the filmy member 3, and thereby control of the quantity of heat for the heat sealing horn 4 becomes easy.
