PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily squeeze a can container by pressing a return part of a bottom plate part to cover a lower end part of the can container against a lower surface of an annular plate part, and wrapping a curved portion of the annular plate part by a curved portion of the bottom plate part to fit the bottom plate part to the annular plate part. SOLUTION: A bottom part of a can container comprises an annular plate part 4 and a bottom plate part 5, the annular plate part 4 has an arc-like curved part 4b with an inner circumferential portion thereof curved inwardly, and an outer circumferential portion 4a of the annular plate part 4 is fixed to a lower end part of the body part 2 with the lower end of the body part 2 curled. An outer circumferential portion of the bottom plate part 5 has a return part 5a formed by folding the outer circumferential portion inward, and a curved portion 5b formed by inwardly bending the tip part is formed on the tip part of the return part 5a. The bottom plate part 5 is fitted to the annular plate part 4 by pressing the return part 5a against a lower side of the annular plate part 4, and wrapping the curved portion 4b of the annular plate part 4 by the curved part 5b of the bottom part 5.
